We can help you realize your vision whether you need A/V for a one-off meeting or your conference has a remote presenter. Maybe you need to broadcast to a wider audience. Whatever your needs are, we can easily adapt to meet them.

No more having the presenter arrive and finding out the media on their flash drive is corrupted or incompatible with house AV gear. With our optional Presenter Coordination Service, we will coordinate directly with your presenters and have their presentation media formatted, tested, and ready to go upon their arrival. Some restrictions apply.
