Our Story
Coast Seminar Services was launched in late 2025 after a 20-year career providing tech services at the Seaside Civic & Convention Center by owner Frank Kaim to fill an existing gap along the Oregon Coast for A/V and tech services providers. We can be "your AV guy" for a conference at the Convention Center when you need some stability for a critical part of your event, or we can set up in the venue of your choice wherever it may be!
